Provision for lending styro container and ice gels available upon request.
The styro container & ice gels must be surrendered within 48 hours after the

vaccination program.
Failure to return the container & ice gels within said period shall result in an
additional charge of Php 200 to Php 600 (depending on the size of container &
number of ice gels) on top of total amount due.

As part of our partnership TGVAX MARKETING PLUS, INC. agrees to:

• Disseminate information to its employees, qualified dependents, subsidiaries and affiliates
regarding schedule of Vaccination Day
• Ensure that Vaccines ordered are for the exclusive use of its employees, qualified dependents,
subsidiaries and affiliates
• Ensure that Vaccines ordered are administered within company or clinic premises only
