Enrollment Guide for Android
Introduction

This guide is intended to assist you to enroll your Android device into VMware Workspace ONE.

After a successful enrollment, your device have access to necessary SAP services and can be
managed by the SAP Helpdesk remotely.

The enrollment process should take approximately 3-5 minutes. It may vary based on the speed
of your internet connection.

Prerequisites

§ Run minimum Android 8 or higher on your device.

§ Connect your device to the Internet.

§ Own a Google account.

Go to the Google Play Store. Install and Open the “Intelligent Hub”.

Enter your SAP E-Mail address (@sap.com). Allow the Agent to manage your phone.
Enter your “SAP ID Number”, your “Global Domain Password” and continue.

Accept the “Terms of Use” agreement. Select Agree or Not now in the “Allow VMware to collect
data” message. Accept & Continue when the “Terms and Conditions” message is prompted.

Enrollment is completed and the HUB Agent opens. Now you can install more apps or check your
device status. Preinstalled work apps start appearing in the work profile.

Open the Gmail app in your work profile and tap “GOT IT” and enter your domain password.

Activate the Service Administrator for Gmail. Tap Review permissions and click Activate this
device admin app. Finally click DONE and your E-Mail client will start to sync.

Go to https://device.int.sap/MyDevice. Log in with your SAP User ID and your Global domain
password. Perform a basic or advanced action, or Go to Details.
