Raquel: We will talk about our Erasmus Program, our experience

and basically all the things that we had been trough. So for start
we are from Portugal and we decided to go to Norway. Norway is
a Scandinavian country in the North Western Europe and Oslo is
the capital. Norway is considered the best place for living and we
totally agree…

Tatiana: So let´s talk about our experience… we went to Norway

in may and stayed there 1 week with a group of 15 people. We
´ve been hosted in Club 27 which is a hostel that was close to
Barken Judith Anchor Monument and the Centre for Studies of
the Holocaust and Religious Minority, a shopping Centre, some
gardens and some coffees.

Raquel: The firsts monuments that we visited were the

Norwegian Museum of Culture History and the Arkershus
Fortress, those are the most famous and beautiful monuments in
the city. We also visited the Centre for Studies of the Holocaust
and Religious Minority which is a research education and
documentation center in Oslo focusing on the Holocaust, other
genocides, extremism, antisemitism, hate speech and the
situation minorities in the contemporary society, we really
though that interesting…
Tatiana: We went to the Upper Secondary School and we met
new people, some teachers and students. In our opinion their
education system is more organized than our and we think that
the Norwegian students are more prepared to the college. The
people that we met there are very friendly, sociable and
cultured.

Raquel: One of the things that we observed was that the

Norwegian community is not retrograde at all like here in
Portugal, there you can be whatever you want, dress whatever
you like, there your sexual orientation doesn´t matter and you
will not be exclude for the society, there they respect your
differences and they don´t judge you for your choices.

Tatiana: One of the thing that we love the most was the food…
and one thing weird that we repaired was that there, they eat 7
regular meals a day, and the most of their meals are cold usually
packed except the dinner.
