Food Server Supervisor (7:30 am – 2 pm)

DEPARTMENT: K-12 Food Service

REPORTS TO: Food Service Director

JOB DESCRIPTION:
SUMMARY:
Responsible for providing consistent, courteous service to all guests, ensuring an optimal level of
guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained. Effectively oversees entire operation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
 Turn on all computers and clock in
 Record all equipment temperatures at beginning and end of day
 Count and bring out milk in morning and throughout lunches
 Clean tables after breakfast
 Run register during breakfast rush and then continue with office work
 Complete any orders, inventory, production sheets as needed
 Put orders away on Monday and Thursdays
 Run register during service time
 Balance register drawer at end of day and record
 Do the daily deposit, record, and give to driver
 Lock all equipment at End of Day
 Responsible for the overall supervisor of all employees and making sure their job
performance is acceptable
 Run all reports at the end of the day
 Ensure all HACCP standards are met
 And any other responsibilities assigned by the Food Service Director
