3. Details of Manufacturing Processes
4. Product Catalogues and Specifications
5. Material Data Sheets with MTC
6. Latest ISO certificates of manufacturing plant
7. Other product marking certificates (e.g. ASME, API, ATEX)
8. QMS manual/ QMS documentation
9. ITPs (e.g. receiving inspection & in-process inspection) and testing records during and after
manufacturing.
10. Details of Testing Facilities (inhouse or outsource) with Accreditation Certificate
11. Details of Sub-vendors/ Suppliers
12. Product Type Test Certificates and also Third Party Approvals/Certifications
13. Job completion certificates/letters, if any
14. Customer reference list- contain Customer Name, Project Name / Location, Project Year,
Manufacturing (or Supply) Location (including supplies to middle east countries, if any).
15. QP / QP JV / Affiliate supply reference, if any, with Contract No., Contractor details and the
Plant.
16. Registration & Approvals from major Oil & Gas companies (including middle east countries)
17. Vendor after-sales service track record for minimum Mean Time between failure and repair.
18. Compliance to Shell DEPs & MESC, if applicable
19. Latest Audit reports of QP / Contractor / Certification Agency, etc.
20. Additional information which add value to registration

We are not submitting any non-technical documents/ information such as:

1. Company personnel data (e.g. CVs, biographical data),

2. Company financial history or data,
3. Commercial data,
4. Product pricing information,
5. Marketing plans, etc.

Note: In case of approval of this request by Qatar Petroleum, we shall provide latest updates if
there is any change in above information. We understand that failure to do so may lead to removal
of the Manufacturer from the Qatar Petroleum Projects Preferred Manufacturers List.

registration. The undersigned acknowledges that Qatar Petroleum (QP) is not bound to accept this
