RENZO CRUZ FECHA SALIDA 22- OCTUBRE - 2019 Pozo ARANDALA 1 ‘TOTAL DE DIAS 3 SERVICIO A REALIZAR PRUEBAS HIDROSTATICAS BOP, STAND PIPE, CHOKE MANIFOLD RIG 53 PIONEER. | REPORTE DE SERVICIO PRUEBAS HIDROSTATICAS BOP PREVENTORES RIG 53 Se realizaron pruebas a las valvulas de la BOP del Rig 53 con el fin de iniciar operaciones de perforaci6n. 1-) PRUEBAS BOP SHAFFER 5M /CAMERON 5000 PSI RIG PIONEER 53. = Se realizaron pruebas hidrostaticas a las valvulas preventoras de la BOP. La prueba consistié en presurizarlas con la test pump en secuencias abriéndolas y cerrandolas alternadamente con el fin de poder verificar su efectividad en su selle yy su integridad. Esta BOP se compone de vélvula Anular, RAM Superior, Blind RAM, HCR Manual, HCR Hidrdulico, Kill Line 1, Kill ine 2 y RAM Inferior. Pipe Ram ‘Superior Blind Ram HGR Manual HGR Hidraulica Pipe Ram Inferior Se inicié la prueba a las valvulas preventoras de la BOP instaladas en el banco de prueba La prueba consiste en presurizar desde el banco de prueba con el fin de probar la valvula BLIND RAM. Luego introduciendo un joint para poder operar las valvulas sellando alternadamente los PIPE RAMS y después el Anular. Las vélvulas HCR Manual e Hidrdulicas y Kill Line 1 2 se prueban en oposicidn alternadamente con los arietes de la BOP. Con apriete blando, = Elequipo a ser probado fue SHEAR BLIND RAMS PARTE INFERIOR, = Se colocaron en oposicién para ser probadas de una ver las valvulas: \VALVULA HCR MANUAL TIPO F 4 1/16” X 10.000 PSI. \VALVULA KILL LINE #1 TIPO FC2 1/16” X 10.000 PSI. = Las pruebas se realizaron de la siguiente forma: 350 psi X 5 minutos. 5000 psi X 5 minutos. 3-) PRUEBAS PREVENTORA SENCILLA 13 5/8” X 10.000 PSI, TYPE U, MARCA CAMERON: = Se realizé prueba al Pipe RAMS INFERIOR con Joint de 5”. La prueba consistié en presurizar la linea con la test pump para poder verificar su efectividad en su selle y su integridad. ~ Se presurizo la linea en oposicién con la LOWER VALVE del TOP DRIVE y Las vlvulas de las bombas de lodo 1,2,3 y 4. + Las pruebas se realizaron de la siguiente forma: 350 psi X5 minutos. 4500 psi X 5 minutos. La prueba consistié en presurizar las vélvulas con la test pump desde la manguera del choke en secuencias abriéndolas y cerrdndolas alternadamente con el fin de poder verificar la efectividad del selle cuando estén cerradas. Choke Hidraulico Manual Las pruebas realizadas fueron las siguientes: = Valvulas 6, 8 y9 cerradas. 350 psi X 5 minutos y 5000 psi X 5 Minutos, - Valvulas 5, 7 y 4 cerradas. 350 psi X 5 minutos y 5000 psi X 5 Minutos, ~ Valvulas 3, 1 y 2 cerradas contra Valvula 7 cerrada. 350 psi X 5 minutos y 5000 psi X 5 Minutos, Las caracteristicas de las vilvulas son las siguientes’ Valvulas 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6y 9 conex. 3 1/16” X 10000 psi. Compatible con Cameron Tipo FC. Valvulas 7 y 8 conex. 4 1/16” X 10000 psi. Compatible con Cameron Tipo FC. El Choke Hidréulico Marca Swaco y el choke manual Cameron, Con esta prueba se finaliz6 las pruebas al Choke Manifold La carta es realizada con la test pump y el registrador del Rig, Siendo entregada al Rig Manager.
