A. Administrative Area
Pulo Elementary School with School ID 163506 is a complete elementary school
located in Pulo Talisay Batangas, an unrecognized barangay of Talisay, Batangas which is
under the jurisdiction of two designated barangay captains comprising 12 teachers and 396
pupils with a total land area of 11,743 sq. m. Taal Volcano the famous and active volcano is
located in the same place.

CHAPTER II
A. GOALS
The goal of the contingency plan is to provide effective, efficient, timely and well-
coordinated response mechanisms in the event of the occurrence of flood in Tipas
National High School. Such mechanisms shall help to protect lives, properties and the
environment, and restore the immediate needs of the people.

“This 2019 Contingency Plan covers 1469 school learners and 62 personnel. It
focuses on one of the natural hazards (flood).” It aims the following:
Give knowledge and understanding about the precautionary measures before
