Dear Mr. Campbell,

With all due respect, I am writing this mail to make a very important suggestion that is quite crucial for
the betterment and improvement of our company. It is my observation that each member in our team
should have a separate laptop or computer.

Currently, many of the team-members are sharing laptops and computers. By providing
laptop/computer to each team member will enhance and facilitate dealing with customers, working
from home, and during travelling. Thus, this would be an effective investment for the company as well.  
I hope you will ponder over my suggestion and do the needful.
