CONDUCT COMPETENCY ASSESSMENT OUTLINE for DEMO

(A 20 minute presentation)

PRELUDE:
1. Greetings; Face the
2. Self-Introduction;
3. Mention the Letter of Appointment (LOA); the date received, when and where to assess, and no. of
candidates to be assessed;
4. Mention and check the OH and S of the Assessment Venue, Equipment, Tools and Materials;
5. Check the CATs; its number, pages, completeness and no. of copies.

ORIENTATION and ASSESSMENT PROPER:


1. Greetings;
2. Self-Introduction; Proceed to the
3. Acknowledge the TESDA Representative; Assessment

 Assessment procedures to be undertaken;
 Needs of the candidates to be considered during assessment;
 Allowable/reasonable adjustments in the assessment procedure; and
 Appeal process for re-assessment
8. Administer the Assessment (Demo and Oral questioning);
9. Provide Feedback on the assessment result both Competent and Not Yet Competent;
10. Signing of Rating Sheets and CARS;
11. Instruct the candidate how, when, where and what to bring in claiming the National Certificate (NC);
12. Explain the candidate that the ACAC Manager will give the candidate’s copy of the CARS.
13. Give compliments.

POST-ASSESSMENT:
1. Review and Check the CATs;
2. Endorse the CATS to the TESDA Representative;
3. Inform the TESDA Rep how many Competent and Not yet Competent; and
4. Sign the Registry of Workers Assessed and Certified (RWAC).
