LAND TITLES & DEEDS

MIDTERM EXAM INSTRUCTIONS

1. Your exam is on 21 OCTOBER 2020, WEDNESDAY, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM.

2. Use your Red Canvas Account because the Platform to be used is Red Canvas. The exam will
appear under Quizzes.

3. The exam will exactly start and be accessible at 7:00 PM of 21 October 2020.

4. The exam is good for 1 hour and 30 minutes only. You have 30 minutes allowance for
uploading/technical issues. The 30 minutes should be used for finalizing, uploading or submitting
your answers/entire exam. Any request for reconsideration to accept late submission on the
ground that you were late in submitting because you were trying to finish the exam after the period
to do so will not be accepted.

Canvas records the time of submission, the professor reserves the right to make corresponding
deduction/s for every minute of late submission.

5. Choose the best answer/s to the Multiple Choice Questions. You may select more than one (1)
Answer, if more than one (1) Answer applies. Note that there is no option for “All of the above” in
the Answers to the Multiple Choice Questions. Thus, if your answer is that all options provided in
the Multiple Choice Questions apply, then you must select all said applicable options.

6. Once you submit your answer for the number, that question will be locked and you can no longer
go back to change your answer to that question, so answer carefully.

7. For the essay, explain fully but concisely. A mere yes or no answer will not merit any points.

8. You must submit before the deadline, so you should start uploading/submitting 30 minutes
before 7:00 pm. The 2 hours is not for answering but it already includes upload time.

9. All issues/concerns during the exam shall be addressed on a case to case basis by the
proctor/professor. The proctoring shall be done in the Viber Group, where the student concerned
may message his/her questions, which shall be addressed by the proctor.

10. No questions on the substance of the exam questions shall be entertained. Only technical issues
and alleged typographical errors in the exam will be entertained.

11. For any concern, message within the viber group your concern/ message the proctors directly. The
proctor concerned will give you the relevant instructions.
