Load Sensing Pressure Booster

S Raises machine performance

S Designed for retrofitting
S Gives improved reliability
S Saves high conversion costs

1 Description
1.1 General
In conjunction with an LS variable-displacement pump, this is too high, and/or the load-sensing line is connected to tank
LS pressure booster can be used wherever the pressure through an orifice (load feedback with bleed-off).

The valve should be installed as close to the pump as pos

sible. The correct valve-setting procedure is carried out at
maximum pump delivery and maximum actuator consump P

tion, and it is a prerequisite that the pump must always be

capable of delivering more flow than the planned demand.
Setting procedure: LS+
From the fully-open setting (adjusting screw projecting by
a maximum of 20 mm), turn the screw in until the actuator
reaches its planned flow rate. LS
With one further inward turn of the screw, the maximum ac
tuator flow should not be more than the limit value of 95%
of the maximum possible pump flow, otherwise unneces 2
sary waste of energy will occur.
