Will the product/service do the intended job?
Performance It has a good performance in terms of high-quality gaming experiences, the
battery can last up to 2 hours and quickly renders graphics for smooth
visuals.

How often does the product/service fail?


Reliability The phone can do heavy multitasking, fast charging and it has some water
protection. Sometimes it can feel some minor lags and stutters.

Durability How long does the product/service last?


The product had created with good materials, There’s a gorilla glass 5 on
the front, aluminum on the sides, and polycarbonate back panel.

Serviceability How easy to repair the product / to solve the problems in service?
You can repair the product to the service center and they will check if can
repaired or not. Sometimes the repairing of product done in weeks

Aesthetics What does the product/service look/smell/sound/feel like?


The sound signature is clear with a good, but not amazing amount of bass.
The setup gets loud with minimal distortion. The size of the product is good

Features What does the product do/ service give?

The product has a good specifications and features that satisfy a customer.
The operating system is suitable for simplistic display.

How will you apply Deming’s principle on the part of the supplier or seller?
What principle should be applied?

Improve constantly and forever every process for planning, production and service. There’s
a need for constant improvement of in test methods and for a better understanding of how a
customer sees a product. The suppliers or sellers make sure that the products will be provided had
an improvement on manufacturing process.
