CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCES

Incompetent staff is the worst thing that can be in the tourism industry.
Analyzing these 2 situations, I can confidently say that this is unacceptable,
because the staff can not behave like that.
First of all, the customer service must apologize for the inconvenience and
explain why this happened.Next show their care of clients and make a gesture
of good will.
To resolve the situation with a restaurant reservation, the manager can:
● look for some other restaurant and make a reservation there
● give a bottle of a good alcohol drink
● make some percentage discount on the bill for the next reservation
Regarding the situation with the Internet in the hotel, the staff can offer to
install a mobile starter pack with the Internet and try to repair the main router
as soon as possible.
So in the end, I can tell, that from every situation it is possible to find a
successful solution, which will satisfy both the client and the personnel.
