Earlier, vide Circular No.38/PR(J)/2020 dated 30/05/2020, guidelines

(in _addition to Video Conferencing & E-Filing Guidelines) were issued for

submitting urgent Cases / Applications / Documents physically at Principal Seat

Jabalpur and 13ench at Gwalior, for the period from 01/06/2020 to 06/06/2020

and enforcement period thereof was subsequently extended till 16/10/2020.

Thereafter, vide Circular No.97/PR(J) dated 29/08/2020, the procedure and

measures of Circular No.38 dated 30/05/2020 was adopted for Indore Bench

also and later enforcement period thereof was extended till 16/10/2020.

Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice has further been pleased to extend the

enforcement period of the aforementioned Circular No.38 dated 30/05/2020

for a further period w.e.f. 19/10/2020 to 23/10/2020 for Principal Seat at

Jabalpur and Benches at Indore & Gwalior.
