PREREQUISITE NONE
This is a two-unit course designed to familiarize the students with FEU's history, vision-
mission, core values, as well as to enhance their understanding of higher education. Special
emphasis is placed on the nature and value of tertiary education in relationship to one's intellectual
COURSE development, degree attainment, career success, and quality of life.
DESCRIPTION This course will also provide students with activities that will allow them to assess and develop
abilities and skills in their journey to college life. An orientation to college programs and activities,
learning and test taking skills, using traditional and electronic resources, problem solving, people
skills, self-management skills, and life planning strategies will also be provided in this course.
