LEARNING DELIVERY MODES

I. Online or virtual learning


II. Modified Offline or modular learning (With phone assistance for instructions and follow through)
III. Blended learning (combination of online and offline learning)

ONLINE OR VIRTUAL LEARNING partakes of classes conducted in real time through an internet connectivity.
Pupils may be virtually attending classes in groups or clusters provided with content and tasks to be
accomplished within a prescribed period. Curriculum is based on most essential learning competencies (MELCs).
Mastery of the subject matter is the ultimate objective for every pupil or learner which is conducted online and
in a spontaneous manner to ensure proper assessment of learning of every pupil.

LEARNING REQUISITES:

- laptop, netbook, smartphone or any gadget capable of video call and/or voice call
- internet connectivity
- online learning materials
- self-learning Victory kits
- virtual classroom and/or any conducive location for learning from home
MODIFIED OFFLINE or MODULAR LEARNING consists of printed modules with an individualized phone
instruction aid to every pupil to start on every subject matter in the module. Pupils use self-contained package
of learning activities. Parents/ guardians shall collect and/ or submit printed learning modules to be
accomplished by pupils within a prescribed period. For the conduct of mastery or unit test, pupils shall be
clustered in their respective localities or be personally visited whichever is applicable and convenient. The
faculty are readily available for telephone or mobile consultation on flexible schedules.

*VCLC complies with the standards set by the Dep Ed for modular learning, its learning competencies, time
allotment, assessment of learning, promotion and retention.

Blended learning is one in which at the option of the parent/ pupil may combine the online and offline learning
modes depending upon the most available and convenient means for pupils who are not having a stable
internet connectivity, but instead may proceed with the learning modules or workable texts with follow through
phone instructions. For the conduct of mastery or unit test, pupils shall be clustered in their respective localities
or be personally visited whichever is applicable and convenient. The faculty are readily available for telephone
or mobile consultation on flexible schedules.
