Achsah Hammond

Career Goals

My career goal is to become an elementary educator. I know that

this career is imperative to each child, adult, and human being.
Basic requirements are a Bachelor's degree, and to pass an exam. I
also know that teachers are unfortunately underpaid and most of
them disagree with the school systems and their fairness upon a
variety of things. My life experiences lead me to this career path
through the knowledge of the school systems and the importance to
teach. Because I am the oldest of 6 children, I’ve also played the
role of an educator and a role model. Throughout my personal life
and occupations, I've always been a leader and sort of an
ambassador to others. I take joy in teaching people anything and
passing on knowledge and experiences. Furthermore, after getting
into the field of teaching I’d like to some day be a principal of a
school or participant in the school board.
