Statement of the Problem


The main purpose of the study was to analyze, design, and develop an Automated Library
Cataloging System.
Specifically, this study aimed to:
1. Evaluate the present library cataloging processes;
2. Determine the problems encountered in the present library cataloging processes;
3. Determine perceived requisites of an automated library cataloging system; and
4. Design and develop an automated library cataloging system.
