Gas and Oil Field). (India) through SPECTRON ENGINEERS Pvt. Ltd. from
July 2010 to December 2013.
NATURAL GAS AND CRUDE PROCESSING AREA

Gas Sweetening Unit (Amine Unit)

 Familiar with the start up, operation shout down and trouble shooting
of Amine Unit.
 Well versed with Amine contactor, regeneration, distillation column,
flash vessel, plate type heat exchangers, aerial coolers, incinerators, etc

Gas dehydration:

 Experienced in all activities in gas dehydration (using glycol) and glycol

regeneration units.
 Start up of glycol contactor (bubble cap tray tower).
 Start up of regeneration unit (Flash vessel, filters, reboiler,heat
exchangers ect.).
 Controlling all parameter and process variables according to SOP and
control room instructions.
 Experienced in flaring system of plant and familiar with blanket gas,
stripping gas, pilot gas, applications.

Gas compression unit.

 Familiar in startup, operation and trouble shooting of gas turbo

compression units
 Good knowledge of Surge control system, Oil and dry gas seal system.
 Lube and hydraulic oil system, Fuel gas conditioning skid, ect.
 Having good experience in Gas Turbine Compressors (GTC).

Crude stabilization unit:

 Familiar with crude separation by two phase, three phase production

separators and coaleaser separator (in gas stream).
 Worked in crude oil stabilization units.
