1. Notification for regional rural banks regarding Inclusion in/exclusion from the Second
Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934
The names of ten amalgamated Regional Rural Banks have been included and names
of 21 erstwhile Regional Rural Banks (RRBs) have been excluded to/from the Second
Schedule to the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934.

1. SEBI has made new regulation titled SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds)
(Amendment) Regulations, 2020. to amend SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds)
Regulations, 2012
Sub clause (g) of regulation 4 in 2012 regulation has been substituted and after sub-regulation
(5) of regulation 20, a new regulation has been inserted that provides that manager is
responsible for investment decision of the alternative investment fund.
