AGREEMENT:

1. In consideration for the distributor buying liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) of the Shell
brand (hereafter called “Shell Gas”), Vivo Energy hereby makes available to the
Distributor 45kg cylinder(s) below for purposes of storage and distribution to the final
customers.

2. It is agreed and understood that the cylinder(s) remain the property of Vivo Energy
and that the Distributor shall return the same to Vivo Energy In the event that it
(distributor) fails to achieve its monthly purchase target stipulated pursuant to the
agreement dated ……the distributor shall be deemed ceased to sell Shell Gas.
3. Distributor shall make available cylinders received from Vivo Energy for distribution
and any losses/damages shall be accounted on it.
4. Distributors shall share the location and contacts of the customers to whom they
have distributed the cylinders.
