TEAM BUILDING VIDEO ANALYSIS REPORT

This is a reflection written about the ice breaker session which was conducted as
an assignment for the Inter Personnel Communication project between Christ
University and Miami University.
So, our group N had our video call yesterday around 11:30 pm (IST) and yeah
talking to new people and interacting with them was a great experience as I love
connecting with new people especially around the world. The whole video
conference was around 30 minutes of duration and we started of with a small
introduction about each of us further going to the ice breaker session where we
asked each member in our teach a total of 10 different questions and an
additional 5 questions were also asked by the students of Miami University.
Talking about Elizabeth Regan, she was quite a good speaker and was truly clear
to the questions. The video quality kept lagging due to network issues but other
than that everything was well connected between us. She was also a dog lover
and had a pet dog named cooper. She takes part in many sports’ activity such as
swimming and also in the college team.
TJ Kelly was quite a smart guy and knows when to attempt his questions and did
not show any type of fear or difficulties in communication. He is a person who
loves travelling and exploring new places. Some of his skills is that he can organize
anything pretty much fast and also into sports.
Unfortunately, we couldn’t get in touch with Keaton due to his timing schedule
but will contact him as soon as possible.
