Cover letter is a document which is being attached with resume while applying for job. The
purpose of cover letter is to tribute your resume. To introduce ourselves to an organisation
and to illustrating our interests within a company or within a particular job and to draw
consideration towards the resume.

Basically a cover letter can help us to highlight our specific skills set for a company and it
helps us to showcase our personality and humour in detail while in the resume we write
everything in brief and in concise manner.

Some tips for writhing an effective cover letter are as follows...

1. We should use an acceptable business letter format

2. We should also personalize each letter .
3. Letter should be of one page not more than 5 paragraphs
4. We must use the attention getting actions and adjectives.

Subject: Reporting about the important matters of seminar

First of all I want to thank you for giving me such an opportunity to attend the ” New
methodologies of Auditing seminar. So the seminar was very interesting and also informative
and it was conducted by the international Audit experts. The information which I gained from
the seminar regarding the new methods of Auditing were such as how to audit smarter
through a series of “hands on” case studies which reflected the whole audit cycle and they
also provided an overview recent version in the international standards of Auditing process.

Hence I determined that it was relevant for our small business in many terms such as..

 By implementing the advance methods of Auditing we can adequately capture the

accounting reporting needs of our business
 We can write a strong audit report efficiently
 With the help of these technologies we can use audited data and new metrics to
manage staff performance.

Please let me know if you have any Question regarding this session.

Dear sir,

I am very sorry to point out that the typewriters which I had purchased from you has been
arrived to me in a badly damaged condition. When you despatched the typewriters I received
the parcel which was very nicely packed in a box and I also opened them very carefully. To
my surprise and shock the typewriters was not in that condition which I expected but the
keyboard of the typewriters were scattered all around in the box and all the other parts of
typewriters were also in disorderly condition.

So dear sir I am returning the purchased typewriters in its original condition in which I
received them. Yours company is a well known company but these typewriters has spoiled
your name due to deficiency in packaging process and Ultimately the result has been very
disappointing

Thus I will look forward to receive the new typewriters in good condition. Please replace
these typewriters as earliest as possible

Thanks,

Yours Faithfully

Dear supervisor,

Details about work progress and target sales,

I am happy to inform you that the progress against achieving the company's goals is going
very well. From the stabilisation of our net margin despite of costs speaks well about our
progress and the recent sign of upturn in the performance also indicates the smooth running
of the business operations. And I am satisfied with both the accuracy and financial reports.
Thus for accomplishment of the goal I tried to introduce these things for the success against
our settled goals. First of all I tried to sense the weak points in the workflow hence I analysed
these factors which needed to be work on

Because of the better class rate and the fewer new leads has increased our sales by 30% due
to mote referrals also.

Hence all these things has made possible to achieve our target sales.

Best Regards ,

There are many different types of non verbal communication thus they also play an important
role in workplace also.

1. Eye contact
In the workplace showing eye contact during speaking is very important because it
impacts positively that will feel esteemed and acknowledged that they are being
listened.
2. Positive vocal tone
Way of speaking is always considered as non- verbal communication thus
maintaining a positive tone in the workplace with co-workers etc can affect positively
the result of your entire conversation.
3. Maintaining of upright postures and gestures
The way we sit or stand in our workplace reflects our attitude towards the certain
situations. Thus upright postures and gestures can reflect that you are engaged in
current matter and your feelings are totally indulge.

Actions speak louder than words basically means that whatever we do carries more weight
then what so ever we say. Or our activities are more noteworthy than our words. The reason
behind this statement is that whatever we do contains a more grounded affect on people that
what we say for example...

A great leader does not tell his group how things ought to be done but he shows them by
doing all the activities hence actions speak louder than words.
