Neuter

 Words that designate young humans or animals, metals and chemicals and the names
continents, countries, and cities are generally neuter.
Nouns with the following endings tend to be neuter when they refer to things:

1. (al)/an/ar(är) at entett
2. Ment(O)nis
3. um, ma, lein , chen
4. –ier, –iv,ed
