2. The cost of tender document and EMD charges to be paid, separately, in the form of Demand Draft
in favor of “MADC Ltd.” payable at Mumbai on or before last date for submission of tender.

3. Tender shall be submitted only through e-tender portal.

4. Request for sending the tender form by post/ courier will not be entertained under any
circumstance.

5. Pre-Bid Conference will be held on 08/06/2020 at 1200 hrs at MADC, HQ Mumbai.
