 The facilitator told the participants that in module 4, they will plan continuous
professional development (PD) in the new LDMs that your School has adopted

 Module Objectives
1. carry out your plan for your continuing PD
2. discuss the different PD initiatives/programs related to the LDMs that are
available to
you, either provided by DepEd or by non-DepEd learning service providers
(LSPs)
3. develop a PD plan including the Learning Action Plan
4. commit to your professional growth and development

Discussion:
 reflect on and assess your current capabilities and practice in relation to the use
of the LDMs in your School.
 identify the PD programs available for you
 einforce positive feelings about teaching as a career.
Action:

 The LAC session was started with the prayer, followed by checking of
attendance, recap from the selected participant and opening remarks and
message by Mrs. Arlene S. Catampatan, school Principal.
 The facilitator started with the inspiring words of the facilitator.
 Since the topic was about professional development, everyone in the participants
were engaged and motivated.
 The facilitator discussed the key topics/concepts and the required resources.
 All the required professional development programs of the CPD were discussed
and individually identified by the participants.
 The facilitator also let the members of each group to share and give their insights
and experiences with regard in earning CPD units as part of the topic discussed.
 Participants wore their wide smiles in the whole time of the LAC Session.
