Title : Drafting and Analysis of Four Wheeler Chassis

Technology : CATIA V5, AutoCAD and Ansys.
Role : Analysis of Four Wheeler Chassis
Description : Modeling and analysis of a four wheeler chassis re performed using software’s i.e. ANSYS. To
validate our design we have performed static analysis to find when our model fails for a given chassis
material and pipe thickness. The design was analyzed in the ANSYS software. Step-by-step modification in
design were made found necessary and as analyzed on the software. After the complete analysis and the
approval of design by inspecting it in all the modes of failure the design

Title : GO-KART
Technology: Catia V5, MIG Welding, Grinding, Lathe, Drilling machines, etc.
Role : Team Driver, Designer and Fabricator (Rear/Front wheel assembly, Steering Mechanism, seating
arrangement, Engine locating, etc.)
Description: Go-karts a small four-wheeled vehicle and used for racing. In this project, we designed and
fabricate the kart for the event organized by ISIE at Coimbatore, Tamilnadu in Jan 2016

• Acquirement 3rd place in ISIE-INDIAN KARTING (IKR) 2016-2017
