With Reference by Ram Rathod Aurangabad to the Telephonic interview you had with us, we are
pleased to offer you employment on the following terms and conditions:

1- You shall join duties as a Sales Representative Malegaon Nasik district, on 20/08/2019 failing
which this offer will be deemed cancelled, further this offer is valid only if you submit your
resignation to your present employer within three days of date of this letter and ensure to submit a
copy of the same HR department of our company failing which this offer will be deemed
cancelled.
2- Presently you shall be located at HQ as Malegaon, Nashik District Maharashtra and your
working district will be. However you are liable to be transferred to any other section / place of
business of this company whether located in the same place or elsewhere.
3- Your gross monthly compensation will be will be Rs.16000/- ( Rupees Sixteen Thousand only).
As discussed you are entitled for this salary on the basis of your monthly target. For Target
purpose please with National head. Please discuss Target and self- commitment. You are entitled
for your TA and other expenses on the basis of your DSR and actual bills.
4- If the target can’t be able to achieve by the sales staff which is min-60% then his/ her salary will
be release after being complete the target first then release the salary and this will be applicable
from very first of month.
5- Joined Sales staff will be continuously on watching by company personal on 1st Month If he/she
can be perform or not and if he/she can’t able to perform as per the demanded salary then he/she
will be terminate without any prior notice and all his/her dues will be ceased and will not be able
to claim in any court of law.
6- If the applicant after receiving the offer letter sitting ledal due to non received the sample for
working those days are treated as an absent and no TA applicable . Daily basis report should be
mentioned through mail and whatsap to National sales manager mention the party name,

 name address mail id and mobile number and actual presence of candidate on the spot by
sending location though whatsap.

Please note that this letter is a formal offer letter and not an appointment and after the completion of
successful and gently 6 months and appointment letter will be issued but showing your continuation in
company please submit the receipt of the duplicate color copy of this letter, duly signed, as a token of
your acceptance. On the date of your joining, you are required to submit the following documents in the
form of photocopy (in JPEG format only PDF Format not allowed) Otherwise date of joining will be
changed officially and it will be declared as the date of receiving all required and demanded document
will be final date of joining to the company and the required documents mention below.

- All testimonials and educational certificates.

- All experience certificate of the last 5 years.
- Resume of the applicant I word format mentioned home address and pin code
- Appointment letter / Increment letter / Promotion letter for last employer
- Copy of relieving / Resignation letter
- 2 color photographs.
- Last 3 month Salary Slips.

Area Sales manager has a right to take holiday I he/she is ill but should mail a leave application to
National Sales Manager ( NSM ) regarding his absent and appoint one person who can handle the sales

3- Your performance would be single criteria of your take home salary.
4- Any TA or other expenses will be considered with actual original bills against it and bill should
be GST mentioned bill will be applicable.
5- In the allocated states if there is no SO or SR appointed then you have to appoint terms for you
and structure of salary discuss with NSM.
