SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, NELIA F. GONZALEZ, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen with residence and
postal address at 4TH Floor, 349 Oppen Building, Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City, do hereby
name, constitute, and appoint LEONARDO C. PALMA, of legal age, single/married, with
residence and postal address at 9/F LPL Towers, 112 Legaspi St. Legaspi Village, Makati City to
be my true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact for me in my name, place and stead, to do and perform
the following acts, to wit:

1. To act as my general representative with full authority to facilitate and process my

application for Tax Refund of the portion of the Documentary Stamp Tax (DST)
excessively and erroneously assessed and collected by BIR Revenue District Office
No. 54A-East Cavite, on the sale of the certain parcels of land covered by the Transfer
Certificate of Title (TCT) Nos. CLOA-37 and CLOA-115;

2. To sign and submit any document, as well as to do any and all acts in
order to accomplish the aforestated acts and deeds;
HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform each and every act which may be necessary or convenient, in
connection with any of the foregoing as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do, if
personally present and acting in person, HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that
my said Attorney-in-Fact may also do or cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
