VIVA

A. Formatting Guidelines for Presentation:

1. Heading: Times New Roman, font size 16

2. Sub heading: Times New Roman, font size 14
3. Main text: Times New Roman, font size 12
4. Duration: The presentation must be 10 minutes long. The number of slides to be
included is upon the discretion of the team.

B. Formatting Guidelines for Executive Summary:

1. Heading: Times New Roman, font size 16

2. Sub heading: Times New Roman, font size 14
3. Main text: Times New Roman, font size 12
4. Page Limit: The summary must not exceed two pages.
5. Alignment: Justified, 1.5-line spacing
6. References: The references must be running. The links referred to, can be added
alongside the content itself.

C. Team Composition- 4-6 members per team

D. Procedure for Registration:

 Students must register their broad topics of research and their team constitution via the
Google Form link mentioned in the mail. Only one student per team should register for
the project.
 The students have to internally divide the broad topic of registration into research-
points, for each member of the group to research upon. This division can be based upon
the ancillary research points available for each topic: each team member need not have
a different research point.
One student from the team must inform sir about the sub-division, via mail. (Email id:
schoudhary@gnlu.ac.in)
E. Description: Each team member has to research their research point and the team has to
compile a presentation, not exceeding 10 minutes. An executive summary, not exceeding two
pages is also to be prepared upon its basis. A VIVA would be conducted, thereupon.

F. Timeline for registration:

 Last date for team/broad topic registration: 18th October, 2020 (Google Form)
 Last date for sub-topic registration: 22nd October, 2020 (Email)
 Submission Deadline: 5th November 2020/10th October 2020
