1. Introduce your company and its products or services.
2. Show you improve mission statement base on table 5.6 and evaluate it components.
3. Internal assessment, financial ratio analysis and list important strength/weaknesses.
4. Show your Internal Factors Evaluation (IFE) Matrix.
5. External assessment;
i. List major firm opportunity/threat and External Factors Evaluation (EFE) Matrix.
ii. Identify major competitor & Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM).
iii. Porter 5 Forces Model of competitive analysis (high/low in table form).
6. Strategic generating by SWOT Matrix Analysis.

The written assignment should be between 8-12 pages long with 1.5 spacing using
Times New Roman of font size 12. The report must include a cover page. All pages in
the written report should be numbered except for the cover page and the table of
contents.
