Introduction:
Project Manager is the post which required not a single skill to be successful. To be successful
Project Manager you should have multiple skillset. Single skill se t is not enough to become a
successful project manager. Project Manager has to start a project with a pace to end the project
within the given timeline. Below mention some of the skills that project manager must possess.

 Leadership
 Communication
 Multitask
 Negotiation
 Time Management
 Problem Solver
 Organized
 Motivation

Example:
In AGHA KAHN HOSPITAL we worked to get AGHA KHAN HOSPITAL telemedicine
online. This project was implemented by me under the supervision of my HOD. Time line for this
project in within 3 weeks. Project includes below mention hurdles.
 Telemedicine software
 Calculate data from CMC Managers to upload in software
 Training of the staff to use telemedicine software
 To bring all Doctor on one page.
 Training of Doctors to use this software
 Payment Method

We do these all task within 2 weeks. But we face very difficulty to streamline payment method it
took 5 days to resolve. Some how we were manage to lunch telemedicine one day before the
given timeline.
QNO:2 Suppose the project has gone off the rails. What steps would you take to get it back
on track?

Its often happens that projects goes off trails that’s when project manager skills and
qualities matters how project manager manage things accordingly. Once good project
manager realize that project not going as per planned time, budget or scope, the next top
priority is to get it back on the track. It needs self-motivation and putting a extra effort.
Below are the some points which need to identify first.
 Determine why your project goes off track
 Revisit the Original Plan
 Acknowledge the things are not going so well
 Draw up the schedule
 Avoid playing a blame game

Project Manager should go with above mention process to get pack project on track. It is
obvious once things not goes as planned it would take a extra effort on it.

QNO:3 How do you know which stakeholder needs more attention? Also define Project
Life Cycle?

By the help of stakeholder register we can identify that which stakeholder needs our more
attention. In stake holder register we have the updated information regarding assessment,
classification and identification of stakeholders. We also have the meeting session with
our prime stakeholders to know about that which thing is important to them.
There are four stages of product life cycle.
• Initiate
• Plan
• Execute
• Close
Initiate:
At this initial stage we create the organization and then make the projects chartered and
defined for further processing.
Plan:
All the planning stage we recognize the tasks and scopes of projects. We also illuminate
the trade off and decision making processes. Risk management plan also created in that
stage.
Execute:
At this stage project is going for its execution. we command and monitor the project in
terms of correctness and also control all over the project. We extend our Communication
and make reports for getting the project successful.
Close:
This is the closing phase where we handed over all deliverables. Project is going to wind
and project sign off the document and finish project.

Issues: is the problem which is already occurred in a product that can effect the performance of
the project positively or negatively.
