    Holes to be charged to be clearly identified.
    2. Don’t smoke or light any naked flame.
    Blaster to be present when charging holes.
    3. Warning signs to be posted at blast area.
    Blaster to control detonating device.
    4. No cell phones or two way radios allowed.
    Move persons & equipment into safe zone.
    5. Keep unauthorised person away from blast.
    If unsure about your safety, ask the Blaster
