job is Caonstruction Management. I'm
responsible for the day to day fit-out
management, monitoring of progress works and
site documentation at hotel units at Tower A,
lift lobbies and hallways and L3.
Construction Management Team
1. Main task is to maintain proper coordination
with the Project Management team, CM
(MEPS), to our contractors, sub-contractors and
even to the suppliers of OSM (Owner Supplied
Materials).
2. Field Observation Report- Familiarization on
plans and specs and even the FF&E reqirement
by the designer. Hold points on site para dun
mamatch namin ni contractor yung mga design
issues sa areas. Para maiwasan yung mga
possible problem na pwedeng maengage upon
mobilization of works.
3. We do the supervision and inspection of fit-
out works upon contractor submit an IWR
(Inspection Work Request). With a proper IWR
document including the

CM- check the specification and plan if the
material is based on designers requirement.
Consultant- the one who will approved the
materials.
3.1.1. Unavailable Materials or
delayed delivery of materials -
magpapaapproved si contractor kay consultant.
Para magproposed ng alternative and locally
available materials as a temporary solution.
3.2. Approved Methodology
- Upon submission of IWR- that’s the time na
magkakaroon ng joint inspection between CM
and contractor upon proceeding the scope of
work.
3.2.1. Ex. Change of Material &
Methodology
- Installation of CHB Wall - Two-hour fire rated
drywall with insulation.
- Installation of Rhino-White stones from pebble
wash.
4. Inspection and supervision to ensure the
quality standard by pushing contractor
4.1. Design Issues
- Site walkthrough- PM, Consultant, CM and
contractors and suppliers. Resolve ung issues
4.2. Minutes of the Meeting- email to everyone
involve parties.
4.3. Site Instruction- it's for contractor to take
charge on the specified scope of work. (Billing)

4.4. Inspection & Monitoring
4.4.1. FF&E Requirement & RCP- proper
markings - ceiling- sprinkler, lights fixtures and
air grille for supply and return, permanent
access panels for maintenance
- wall- proper height and distance of outlets,
thermostat, wall sconce
- floor outlets
4.4.2. Installation of CHB Wall- double check
required diameter of rebars and proper
distances of reinforcement rebars.
4.4.3. Screeding Works
4.4.4. Fire Compartmentalization Inspection
- Pipes na dumaan sa wall- sleve &
sealant.
- Wall- sealant
4.4.5. Proper Insulation Chilled Water Pipes,
- Proper alignment and installation of
plenum. Exact sa air grille for the supply of
aircon.
4.4.6. Waterproofing - nalagyan ng
waterproofing ung target areas and nasunod
yung required application. Testing upon
proceeding of stones.
4.4.7. Coring & Facade & Unit Leak

5. Punchlisting, Checking of As-built, Handover
Documents and Simulation.
 there's a great deal of uncertainty on my
previous job because im in a project based
uncertainty. I'm looking for a company where I
can stay longer, a longer opportunity to grow.
I've already outgrown my role at DCII. I believe
that I have to make ways for me to improve my
skills and knowledge to maximize my full
