This is Miguel Aguirre po, one of your students from UST PUBCORP 2-C.

I would like to apologize po for being absent last Wednesday, September 24. I was under the impression
po that there were no more classes and immediately joined my family to have dinner. Although we were
promptly informed po na may classes pala, I wasn’t able to immediately receive the message po kasi we
have a family rule na wala po gadgets during dinner. When I returned around 7:05 po, which is when I
read the message, the class is already done po.

Even under the circumstances po, I admit that it is my prerogative po as a student and given that it is the
schedule of our classes, it should have been reserved for our classes po. I apologize sir for my lapses and
lack of prudence po.

However sir, can I ask po for a compromise? Since I already have 2 absences, including this one po, I’m
afraid that I might fail this class po. I’m willing to take on additional academic requirements or load po to
make up with my absence. I’m really sorry po sir.
