PPORDUCT DATA A-190(N) NEUTRALIZER DESCRIPTION A-190 (N) contains ingredients which impart high alkalinity as well as passivate metallic parts of the system. It can easily inhibit acidic corrosion while acid based de-scalar is used to clean deposits found in boilers, heat exchangers, condensers, evaporators, water pipes, and diesel engines etc. USAGE! A-190 (N)can be used @ 2500 to 5000ppm on system volume. It means the concentration of ‘A-190 (N) would be 0.25 to 0.5% (W/V). It is highly soluble in water and the solution temperature is to be maintained at 70 °C to 8) °C. At this rated temperature the product passivate the metallic parts of the system. Use in adequate ventilated areas. Avoid breathing in vapour. Wash hands with water after use. Spillage & Disposal Confine spill, stop leak at source if possible, Ventilate area and evacuate all non-essential personnel. Pump spillage into original containers (or equivalent containers) for disposal. Avoid contact with skin, eyes or clothing. Absorb remaining liquid with inert material such as dry sand or sawdust. Neutralize with alkaline materials if necessary. Storage & Transport FIRST AID Hold eyes open, rinse eyes with copious amount of water for Eyes at least 15 minutes. Seek medical advice.
