Barry Johnson, Vice President, Global Channels
Barry has 25 years in the IT/Telecom industry selling and supporting

channel partners worldwide. He is focused on designing and

implementing sales and marketing programs, including partner leveling,

discounts, rebates, MFD/Co-op allocation, e-commerce engagement,

and other critical elements to maximize partner value and synergies.

Oleg Khaykin, President and Chief Executive Officer

Oleg joined VIAVI in February 2016, bringing more than 28 years of

industry experience. He previously served as a Senior Advisor with Silver

Lake Partners; President and CEO of International Rectifier from 2008 to

January of 2015.

Kevin Oliver, VP & GM, CIVT BU

Kevin currently leads our CIVT BU supplying field instrumentation and test

systems for wireless, and wireline networks. Kevin has been with VIAVI

for 25 years starting in product line management with Cable products

and working through various BU/PLM roles covering access, fiber, metro,

and wireless products.

Vishwas Karve, VP & GM, AvComm BU

Vishwas leads the AvComm BU at VIAVI that provides products and

solutions for Avionics, Radio and Synthetic Test market. Prior to joining

VIAVI, Vishwas had 17 year career at Infineon Technologies, (previously

International Rectifier) holding a series of positions of increasing

management responsibility.

Gary Staley, Senior Vice President, Global Sales, NSE

Gary joined VIAVI in February 2017, and is responsible for the sales

growth of NSE’s global business, through both direct sales and our

channel organization. Gary has roles previously at VIAVI from NetScout

Systems leading the global partner network and was the VP of

Worldwide Sales for Fluke Networks.

Jeanne Sauer, Senior Director, Global Sales Effectiveness
In partnership with senior management and sales leadership, her team is

dedicated to designing and delivering impactful training strategies and

sales productivity improvements. Jeanne’s breadth and depth of sales

and marketing experience helps her and her team to enable sellers to

have consistent, effective, and engaging sales conversations at each

stage of the sales cycle.

Carol Ann McKeown, Global Lead, Regional and Channel Marketing

Carol Ann McKeown joined VIAVI in March 2017, and is responsible for

driving pipeline in alignment with sales through global events, and

regional and channel marketing execution. Previously at Cisco Systems,

she led global marketing teams, with focus on partners and services.
