1. The above Execution petition is pending before this Hon’ble court and next date of hearing is
fixed on 02/08/2019.
2. That it is noticed that the bank account of the Judgement Debtor to be attached is located at
Saket i.e. Axis Bank, Saket Branch. Also, the Order attached against for Smt. Sunita Beriwal
who is residing at 15/10, Sarvpriya Vihar, New Delhi.
3. That the both addresses are location in the South Delhi District and the jurisdiction of the
execution will lie before the South Delhi District Courts i.e. Saket Courts.
4. That in the circumstances, it is humbly prayed that the Decree in the above matter be kindly
transfer for the South Delhi District Court at Saket Courts, New Delhi. It is further prayed that
the all documents submitted with the present application be returned to the applicant, and pass
any other or any further order as may considered fit and necessary in the facts and
circumstances of the case.

I, Punit Prahlad s/o Sh. Sipahi Singh, aged about 31 Years, Senior Manager Contract & Legal,
M/S M.L. Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd., K-1, Green Park Main, New Delhi-110016, do hereby
solemnly affirm and declare on oath as under-

1. I am working as Senior Manager Contract & Legal with the plaintiff company in the
above matter. I have been duly authorized by the Board of Directors of the plaintiff
company vide Resolution dated 05-09-2017 by the Board of Directors of the plaintiff
company and I am conversant with the facts and circumstances of the case and I am
competent to swear this affidavit.

2. That the accompanying application has been drafted under my instructions and its
contents are true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
