1. Monday A tour round the Early Years and Primary section to check all faults and ensure they are
fixed, also to ensure broken items are also taken off the environment around these places
To ensure all faults are worked on and send for approvals if need be.
Proper supervision of contractors while carrying out their work with the school
To send a report of the jobs done for the day to the DWM by 3pm.
2. Tuesday A tour round the Early Years and Primary section to check all faults and ensure they are
fixed, also to ensure broken items are also taken off the environment around these places
To ensure all faults are worked on and send for approvals if need be.

To send a report of the jobs done for the day to the DWM by 3pm.
3. Wednesday A tour round the Early Years and Primary section to check all faults and ensure they are
fixed, also to ensure broken items are also taken off the environment around these places

4. Thursday A tour round the Early Years and Primary section to check all faults and ensure they are Primary:

To ensure all faults are worked on and send for approvals if need be.  AC Remote.
Proper supervision of contractors while carrying out their work with the school  Display Board is faulty
To send a report of the jobs done for the day to the DWM by 3pm.

 Wall Clock faulty.
 1 New window blind.

 Window Locks

out.
Staff Room:

 All sockets are not working (No
appliance can be used in the class).

Creche:
 *URGENT* Bed (Needs Edge
Protection)
 Fencing is weak
 Door (needs replacement)
 Wardrobe door (needs fixing)

 Book Shelf (needs replacement)

Diamond Imo:
 Wash hand basin leaking.

 2 Taps leaking

To ensure all faults are worked on and send for approvals if need be.

Kindly note other faults must also be dealt with which also include the arrangements of venue for events and unforeseen emergencies, etc.
