• Connects with clients to understand their hiring needs/ receive the job description
• Set in-take calls with clients to form a better understanding of their ideal candidate
• Analyzes hiring needs, determines best recruiting methods/ platforms
• Builds and maintains subject matter expertise on target industries, clients and roles.
