1. Recalling the product: Mike Valenti as the owner of the Southern Pasta Company can call for
the recall of the current batch of product that has the threat of an infestation by salmonella.
In addition to this step, the following actions can also performed in tandem.
1.1. Recall the product from the customer explaining the reason behind such a step,
apologising for the same, and propose to give a definite discount for the next batch of
orders and also assure the customer that this incident doesn’t happen again in the
future.

issue cooking instructions to the customer in the form of a memo or a letter requesting them
to heat the pasta at a temperature at 160 degree Fahrenheit.
