TIME METHOD SERVES
COOK: 20 MINS HOB 2
Ingredients Method
• 1 can 400g tinned tomatoes 1. Boil pasta & drain for time as recommended on packet.

• ½ onion 2. Fry finely diced onions and garlic in 1 Tbsp coconut oil for a few

parsley and a wedge of lemon (a touch of parmesan cheese is
also delicious!).
