    In my work I made some mistakes.
    I used to be very aware of everything when they were training me, but it is
    normal that some things happen to you when you are learning.
    I had to be very careful because if I made a mistake they could run me off.
    Some of my colleagues have made some mistakes, one of the most frequent
    is to put the wrong type of gasoline what the customer asks for. If you put
    another gasoline on it, the car can be damaged since many people are very
    delicate.
    Another common mistake is to charge different amounts than what the
    customer consumed. If you charge her more money, the customer gets angry
    and you can have problems because it can be interpreted as theft. If you are
    charged less money, the problem is for the dispatcher since he has to replace
    that money.
    We have to be very attentive in every action we take since any mistake is bad
    for the company because customers do not return and we have to offer a
    good service.
    The consequences can be serious until going to jail so I always try to help and
    solve the problem as soon as possible.
