Important!

You are receiving this notification because you are the booking owner and
contact person for all the passengers on this flight under this confirmation
code CJ7Q4B. It is your responsibility to inform all other passengers.

Please log in on wizzair.com where you will see the following options related to the cancelled
booking in accordance with section 15.1.2 of our General Conditions of Carriage.

or 60 days after the scheduled date of
departure of the original flight, subject to
availability of seats.

Please note that the seat you selected on


your original flight might not be
automatically assigned to you on your
new flight. You might have to choose a
new seat. If you paid a fee for your
original seat, the balance of this fee will
be available to you to select an
alternative seat. If you do not wish to
select a seat, you may request a refund
of your seat fee.
RECEIVE 120% WIZZ CREDIT

You can request refund in WIZZ credits


to your WIZZ account for the purchase
price related to the cancelled booking,
with an extra +20% as a bonus. The
amount will be at your disposal
immediately, once uploaded and it will be
valid for two years. You can use those
WIZZ credits to purchase any Wizz Air
flights/services in the next two years.

Please note that the refunded amount will


not include the price of the partner
services (Airport transfer, Hotel
reservation, Car rental). These partner
services will not be cancelled
automatically, but you have to contact the
service provider directly in order to cancel
these services.

You will be able to request the 100% refund online in your account either via bank transfer, or to
the bank card the payment was made with (depending on your original payment method) instead
of WIZZ credit, in this case please note that the aforementioned extra 20% will not be applied.
