EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Yema cup-cake and Letchetin is creative and have good services this business built by our
own ideas and creativity. This Yema cup-cake and Letchetin recipe is a typical Filipino merienda or
snack. We decided to put up a food service business, because we believe that food is the Basic needs
of the society and community. We will provide a friendly, comfortable atmosphere where the
customers can receive quality food, drinks and service at a reasonable price.
GOALS AND STRATEGIES
•Short term goal: use a quality of our service and advertising to soon become well known
throughout (one 4 sweets)
•Long-term goal: expand the business to other locations and include catering.
•Strategy: Work hard to have the best-tasting sweet yema cup-cake and Letchetin, treats and service
in town and surrounding areas.

•Target Market: our target market will be to anyone who enjoys sweet, but we will mainly target
people age 8 and older, both male and female, and who are of the working class.

•Market trends: Yema cup-cake and Letchetin is a food of choice for many people across the
Philippines.

•Everyday millions of people rely on their daily fix.

MARKETING AND SALES STRATEGIES

• Our potential target market would be students and also different customers because a
student can afford to buy our product. We will promote our product through word of mouth, and
social media.

• We will do as much as I can to get our business name known throughout One 4 Sweets. We
plan to make flyers to put on cars that have a business name, logo and address on them. It will also
list the day of opening and will state that if you bring the flyer in through the first week of opening
you can get 20% off any drink.

Our business built beside the AMA COMPUTER COLLEGE located at San Roque Tarlac, City.
We operate Monday to Sunday at the time of 11 am to 7pm; we established our business on April
10, 2015. MISSION:

 Our mission is to provide a quality products and affordable yet healthy foods for all ages.
VISION:
o To achieve our customer’s tongues and give them good service and nutritious food that
would help their body composition and variety of food that surely enjoy.

Products and Services Description


Yema cup-cake and Letchetin is a popular street food amongst Filipino, It is a Filipino snack.
Lechetin Recipe is a combination of Leche flan recipe mixed with Gelatin. known in other countries
as Creme caramel or caramel custard, it is a custard dessert with a layer of soft caramel on top, as
opposed to creme brulee, which is custard with a hard caramel top.
YEMA CUP CAKE

Ingredients

 For the cupcake:


 1/3 cup butter
 1 cup cream cheese
 1/2 cup milk
 1/2 cup all purpose flour
 3 tablespoons cornstarch
 1/4 tsp salt
 6 egg yolks
 1 tsp calamansi (or lemon) juice
 6 egg whites
 1/4 tsp cream of tartar
 3/4 cup sugar
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 For the filling or icing
 2 cans condensed milk
 6 egg yolks
 1 tsp vanilla extract
 2 tablespoons butter

 300 ml water
 1 tablespoon cornstarch
 1 cup grated cheese
Instructions
1. In a small pan over simmering water, melt together cream cheese, butter and milk.
If you opt to use vanilla beans, scrape the beans from the vanilla pod and add it to the
pan. Once melted, cool to room temp. Using a mixer, add in flour, cornstarch, salt. Then
add in egg yolks and lastly the lemon juice. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, mix egg whites and cream of tartar until foamy (or frothy). Add
in vanilla then gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in the egg whites to the
cream cheese mixture. Make sure everything is well combined.
3. Line cupcake pan with metallic cupcake liners. Add 1/4 cup batter to each liner.
4. Bake cupcakes 30 minutes or until done at 325F. Make sure to add a bowl of hot
water inside the oven (preferably on the top most part.
5. To make the icing, open two cans of condensed milk and pour it over a pan.
Measure 300ml water from the condensed milk can, pour in a small bowl and add in
cornstarch. Mix well and pour into the condensed milk
6. Add in egg yolks and cook in low heat. Add in vanilla. Cook until it thickens and
jiggly enough to spread. Add in butter.
7. To assemble the Yema Cupcakes, pour Yema Icing over the cooled cupcakes. Top
with grated cheese.

LETCHETIN

Ingredients

 10 pcs egg yolk


 1 big can evaporated milk
 1 can of water (using the can of the evaporated milk)
 3/4 can of sugar (using the can of the evaporated milk)
 1 sachet of Knox powdered unflavored gelatin
 1 drop of almond extract
 2 drops of vanilla extract
 6 tbsp sugar for carmelized sugar on llanera
 Prepare 2 pcs. oval shaped tin-pan (llanera).

Instruction
 Caramelize around 3 tbsp of sugar by direct heat on each of the llanera.

 In a large bowl mix together beaten egg yolks, milk, sugar and water, stir until sugar is
dissolved completely.
 Add powdered gelatine mix well and then with the use of strainer pour unto a large
saucepan.
 Stir until it simmers and when it is already thick add the almond and vanilla extracts and
then pour unto the oval shaped tin pans (llanera) with caramelized sugar.
o Let it set and cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

the business and through the cooperation of the team members contributed the ideas of each.
Yema cup Cake and Letchetin would be successfully build-up by the team’s cooperation,
knowledge about the business, discipline and love for the chosen business and with the help of the
advisors.
