HON. JOSE MARIE A. QUIMBOY

Presiding Judge
RTC, Branch 94, Mariveles, Bataan

Dear Judge Quimboy,

My name is Mr. Henry Smith C. Abalos, a temporary rank and file employee of LGU
Dagupan City and one of your students in Constitutional Law II, 2 nd semester, school
year 2019-2020. I am writing this letter regarding my grades under your subject on the
said school semester.

Accordingly, I got a failing grade on account of absences as alleged on my

student portal on September 24, also this year, but the fact is that I did not
exceeded the maximum number of absences which is four (4). I always attend
to your class religiously and regularly, the only time I got absent was when my
classmate informed me that I was called for your recitation but was not around due to
illness last March 7, 2020, which was before the lockdown.

With all due respect, I would like to humbly seek your valuable timeto review my class
record to at least consider me inpassing your subject. Please heed my appeal for I have
respectfully exerted my diligent efforts in holding a complete attendance in your class
notwithstanding my one (1) excusable absence and submitted my case digest and
critiques on time. If not granted,it would severely affect my capability in terms of
financial aspect to enroll at law school for I have a limited source of funds as a
temporary rank and file employee. Attached herein is a copy of my grades in the
UPANG student portal indicating the cause of my failing grade under the above said
subject.

Looking forward for your utmost consideration. Thank you and more power!

Sincerely yours,

HENRY SMITCH C. ABALOS

Student
