Task: Identify Proficiency Level

Manager of a tailoring unit has assigned a task of making 100 shirts by the end of the day. This unit
consists of five members; Arvind, Kailash, Bali, Vivek, and Rajendra. Manager has done equal
distribution of the task and hence each person was given a target of making 20 shirts.

Arvind:

He knew the method to cut & stich shirts in small sizes. So, he immediately began his work. Around 3
pm, he was able to make 7 shirts ready. By the end of the day, he could make 15 shirts ready.

Rajendra

He knew to make shirts in all sizes for more than ten patterns. At 3 pm, he discussed with Arvind,
Kailash, Bali & Vivek to check the progress on the given activity. He motivated Arvind to work faster
and better. He completed 25 shirts by the end of the day to contribute to the target of 100 shirts.
Meanwhile, he interacted with the Procurement unit to provide cut pieces as per measures to reduce
shirt making time by one hour per batch.

Kailash

He knew the method to cut & stich shirts in small sizes. He needed help to make shirts in large sizes.
Around 3 pm, he was just able to make 10 shirts ready. And at the end of the day, he made 18 shirts
ready.

Vivek

He knew the method to make shirts in all sizes for more than two patterns. Along with his work, he
also helped Bali to learn one more pattern. At end of the day, he made 22 shirts, to make up for the
deficit of two shirts by Kailash.

Bali

He knew the methods to cut & stich shirts in small & large sizes. Occasionally, he answered queries
raised by Kailash to stich shirts in large sizes. And at the end of the day, he made 20 shirts ready.
