UP GOVT SCHOLARSHIP 2020-21

FOR GEN, OBC, SC / ST AND MINORITY CATEGORIES STUDENTS

1. The students whose family Income does not exceed Rs 2.0 Lakh per annum for GEN, OBC &
MINORITY (Rs 2.5 Lakh per Annum for SC / ST) and obtained 60 % marks in Intermediate /
Previous exam can apply online for UP Govt Scholarship Scheme. The online application form is available
on UP Govt Scholarship website www.scholarship.up.nic.in.

2. Dates for fresh and renewal applications starts from 01st Aug 2020 to 05th Nov 2020.

3. Correction and final printout of application should be done by the student within three days of online
registration. Hard copy of application form along with supporting documents is required to be kept ready
with students and to be submitted to Registrar. Contact

4. Following supporting documents are required along with application for fresh and renewal
students:-

(a) Income Certificate of (Parents / Guardians) below 2.5 (two point five) lakh and 2.0
(two) lakh respectively per annum from Tehsildar.

(b) Copy of AADHAR & PAN CARD of Parents / Guardians.

(c) Caste Certificate and Domicile Certificate from Tehsildar.

(d) Fee receipt copy and attendance till date.

(e) Copy of Bank Passbook (student). (Bank Account in Noida)

(f) High School & Intermediate Mark sheet along with certificate.

(g) Mark sheet of previous year exam passed.

(h) Students Aadhar card and Amity University Identity card copy.

5. All supporting documents along with scholarship application are also required to be
