BWF - A Day in the Gardens
Tuesday 8th February - 2:00pm
BWF will begin the new year with a special afternoon in the
Portland Botanic Gardens. Meet at 2:00pm at the Gardens
this Tuesday - if the weather is unkind we will meet at the
Church Hall. Bring along afternoon tea, a thermos or cold drink and a chair.
Our special guest will be Colin Donehue who will tell us about dahlias. The
Word for the day will be “Garden”. All ladies are most welcome to attend. For

Our church bus is on its way!
Bill Morrison of GIA picked up our church bus on Wednesday
and had a safe trip to Melbourne before heading back to his
work in the Top End. The bus will be used by indigenous
communities where GIA has been at work for many years. The people there
are very excited about the bus being picked up and have worked hard to
raise the finance. Sincere thanks to Paul and Graham for their hard work on
the bus to bring it right up to speed. Well done gentlemen!
