The 7 Steps To Buying A Profitable Revenue Stream Course - Step 1 – Mindset

How do you know if you will succeed? It’s a great question and an even better thing if we had
the answer. And we do.

Sure, you need something you are passionate about and competent at. And better if you are
different and first. But at the core of success and the best barometer of whether you’ll succeed
is self-esteem.

Why? In large part because you must believe you’ll succeed but you already knew that I bet.

The less known reason is because self-esteem will let you not quit when the failures come. And
unless you are one of the rare individuals that finds lightening in a bottle. You will suffer
temporary defeats along the way. We all do.

So how do you improve your self-esteem?

You’ll need a piece of paper and something to write with. I’ll wait. Grab it now OK. Really. Grab
it now.

Let's begin.

First, unless a person is where you want to be and more successful forget what they say. From
now on just ignore it. Why would you listen to and let some “hater” affect your self-image?

This is especially true on the web. Someone is sitting at a computer doing nothing worthwhile
and takes a swing at you going for it. If there is a reason, other than insanity, that someone
would listen to this I have no idea what it is.

Face it now. Not everyone is going to like you or what you do. In fact, the lower their self-
esteem the more they will hate you when it looks like you’ll succeed.
Now to use that paper and pen.

Write at the top…”What I do well”?

Then make a list of those things you are good and excel at.

Here's an example. Let me brag a little. And you should too.

This is my list of things I do well and understand why. The why is important since it makes these
skills teachable.

1) I have built a company from nothing more than once and generated millions.

2) I have excelled and advanced quickly in a corporate environment.

3) I know how to and have sold numerous Fortune 500 companies.

4) I have built and been part of tremendously talented teams.

5) I have learned how to hire people and have developed excellent management and
communication skills.

6) My integrity has been tested and is second to none.

7) Persistence is a core belief and talent.

That's enough. You get the point.

Do this exercise and I guarantee you will feel differently about yourself if you believe what you
wrote.
In this step’s video I mention affirmations.

The way to do these is to write them down and read them aloud each morning and night.

I know affirmations work firsthand. The key is to say them with emotion and believe them as if
they have occurred already.

Here are several examples:

IT INVIGORATES ME –Living like I am the author of every next moment and take initiative and action
to reach and exceed my goals. I am living without fear or worry. I know my life is a reflection of how
I think!

IT INVIGORATES ME – Living like the heaviness of being successful has been replaced by the
lightness of being a beginner again. It has freed me to enter one of the most creative periods of my
